Finance Manager | FMCG Start-Up
£60,000 – £70,000 + bonus
London | Hybrid

We are partnering with a fast-growing, startup FMCG brand that is building serious momentum across retail, hospitality, wholesale and D2C channels.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a hands-on Finance Manager to join a high-growth consumer business at an exciting stage of its journey. The brand has a strong identity, premium positioning and clear plans for continued growth, making this a great role for someone who wants more ownership, visibility and commercial exposure.

You will work closely with the leadership team and take ownership across core finance, reporting, controls and commercial insight. This would suit someone coming from an FMCG, drinks, retail, hospitality or consumer brand background who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
