Finance Manager/No2 in Finance

📍 South London | Hybrid Working | £75,000 - £80,000 + Benefits

Are you a commercially minded Finance Manager or Financial Controller looking for a broad role where you can genuinely influence the direction of a growing manufacturing business?

What's on Offer

  • £75,000 - £80,000
  • Hybrid working
  • Broad, varied Finance Manager position
  • International group environment
  • High level of exposure to senior leadership
  • Opportunity to influence systems, processes and future growth

I'm working exclusively with an international manufacturing organisation seeking a qualified Finance Manager to partner closely with the UK&I Head of Finance and leadership team. This is a varied role offering exposure across financial control, commercial finance, operations and team leadership.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional month-end reporting role. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day finance function whilst acting as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, providing commercial insight to support business performance and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
