Finance Manager
Location: Aylesford, Kent
Working Hours: 8am – 4.30pm, office-based
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing team at Pineapple. What We’re Looking for
An experienced Finance Manager with a proven track record in:
- Financial reporting
- Management accounting
- Leading transactional finance operations
You will ensure:
- Accurate and timely financial reporting
- Strong financial controls
- Meaningful financial analysis
- Continuous improvements to support the organisation's financial performance and strategic goals
What You'll Be Doing
- Production of Management Accounts for Pineapple Group companies (UK/USA/France/Germany)
- Monthly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts
- Routine analysis of nominal entries and control accounts
- Assistance in the preparation of Statutory Accounts
- Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Identifying risks and making appropriate recommendations or decisions on accurate reporting
- Leading and mentoring finance staff
- Supporting the management team in analysing, understanding, and interpreting the operational and financial performance of the business
- Maintaining the fixed asset register and overseeing capital expenditure reporting
- Supporting improvements to financial processes and systems implementation
- Contributing to additional projects for the Group Finance Controller / CFO

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification with post-qualification experience
- Highly numerate with meticulous attention to detail and work accuracy
- Comfortable in a hands-on role when required
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commitment to being an inspiring role model, encouraging collaboration and business improvement
- Experience conducting appraisals, performance management (including disciplinary and grievance meetings)
- Experience with working with foreign subsidiaries
- High ethical standards – integrity and honesty are paramount
- A completer/finisher character, taking full ownership, going the extra mile, and delivering projects/tasks on time
- Ability to maintain complete confidentiality
