Finance Manager - £60000 - £70000 per annum - Belfast
A dynamic and rapidly growing organisation is seeking a qualified Finance Manager to join its expanding finance team. With ambitious growth plans and a collaborative culture, this business offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to play a key role in shaping and supporting a scalable finance function. Your new role
As Finance Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of the finance function, providing leadership, operational oversight and financial support across the business. You will work closely with colleagues across finance and partner with key stakeholders to ensure effective financial management and robust controls.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and leading day-to-day finance operations.
- Working collaboratively with the wider finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial information.
- Assisting with financial controls, processes and governance.
- Supporting business growth through the development of scalable finance processes.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Assisting with billing and accounts receivable activities when required.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and driving efficiencies.
- Contributing to finance projects and change initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a strong technical and operational finance background.
You will also demonstrate:
- Experience operating within a finance management role or clear readiness to step into one.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and business partnering ability.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to get involved in operational finance activities.
- The ability to perform effectively within a fast-paced and growing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Experience driving process improvements and efficiencies.
- Exposure to billing, accounts receivable environments or high-growth businesses would be advantageous but is not essential.
