Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our International Finance team as a Finance Manager, partnering with our Online and Logistics teams to support profitable growth, operational excellence, and smart commercial decision-making across international markets.

You’ll play a key role in helping the business understand performance across our Direct-to-Consumer, Marketplace, and Logistics operations, turning data into clear insight and supporting decisions that improve sales, margin, cost control, and customer outcomes. This role sits at the heart of a fast-moving, commercially exciting area of M&S, with real scope to influence growth, shape performance conversations, and improve how we plan, report, and operate.

To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What You’ll Do

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Act as the finance business partner for the International Online and Logistics teams, providing commercial insight, financial control, and analytical support to drive profitable growth and support effective strategic decision-making.
  • Own weekly trade reporting and performance reviews, producing clear, actionable insight on Online and Supply Chain performance, including risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
  • Support profitable sales growth across D2C and Marketplace channels by monitoring acquisition, retention, frequency, conversion, and average order value, while challenging pricing, proposition, and marketing investment decisions to improve return on investment.
  • Analyse fulfilment, logistics, returns costs, stock flows, and inventory movements to support launches, availability, and cost-to-serve opportunities across Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and P&L reporting for Online and Supply Chain, building driver-based financial models, scenario plans, and concise commentary across sales, margin, costs, and working capital.
  • Develop business cases and investment appraisals for growth initiatives and expansion opportunities, supporting post-investment reviews and marketplace, logistics, and 3PL contract governance.
  • Standardise and improve Online and Supply Chain finance processes, using systems and automation to improve reporting quality, efficiency, and decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
