- JOB TITLE: Finance Manager – Investment Management Control – 12 month Fixed Term Contract
- SALARY: as per pay range
- LOCATION(S): Edinburgh, Princes Exchange
- HOURS: Full Time, 35 hours per week
- WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

Day to day responsibilities
As a key member of the team, you'll:
- Lead in curating the inputs for Non-Permanent Workers (NPW) to the Investment capitalisation engine (ACE).
- Be the guardian of financial accuracy: oversee key controls and deliver insight to ensure that accounting processes are followed correctly so that all inputs feed into ACE seamlessly with precision and confidence.
- Support the transition in NPW people systems, including redesigning and implementing key processes, tools and controls.
- Partner with our tech and systems teams: Work closely with the tooling and engineering teams to safeguard data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements that elevate performance and delivery.
What you’ll need
We’re seeking someone who brings:
- A qualified or nearly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong financial intuition and analytical capability.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex data structures.
- Experience with controls, compliance and audit preparation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
- The ability to lead, influence, and adapt to change in an agile environment.
- A growth mindset and a commitment to personal development.
- Comfortable using a variety of advanced finance tooling e.g. PowerBi.
