Investigo are exclusively partnering with a fast-paced, growing, and ambitious business who are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. This role requires someone who has a strong technical accounting background but also commercial acumen. This company offers progression, development, and an opportunity to work within an impressive finance team.
Location: St Pauls, London (hybrid working)
Salary: £60,000 per annum + bonus + benefits
Industry: Large complex real estate business

- Responsible for month-end close and working to tight deadlines
- Responsible for the financial reporting, ensuring that accurate monthly and quarterly financial reporting are produced to the board. Utilising local accounting standards such as US GAAP and IFRS.
- Responsible for all intercompany accounting
- Business partnering with the wider divisions across the business on financial matters, explaining technical numbers and data to non-finance heads of departments
- Strong stakeholder management
- Supporting with external and internal audits
- Oversight P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow trends
- Preparing monthly management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting

Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Qualified Accountant or QBE (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Professional, reliable, hard-working
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS and US GAAP)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work as a team and independently
- Experience with hands-on accounts preparation
