Your new company
I'm currently partnering with a fast-growing SME entertainment business recruiting a Finance Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Head of Group Finance, working closely with the COO and taking ownership of the day-to-day running of the finance function. This role works alongside a junior team with direct management responsibilities. An excellent opportunity to step into a dynamic and forward-thinking creative environment.
Your new role
This role is to take ownership of the running of the finance function, you will lead on the budgeting & forecasting cycle and develop analytical skills. You will have a controllership and business partnering hat on.

What you'll need to succeed
- Sector experience in media is advantageous.
- Interest in working in a fast-moving and busy sector
- IFRS / UK GAAP
- Able to work in an SME business and report to the founders
- Team player
- Confident communicator

- Salary: £60-75,000 + benefits
