Finance Manager – Entertainment Ticketing Business
An exciting opportunity to join a growing entertainment ticketing business as its first finance hire. Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day management of the finance function in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.
Your New Role
This is a hands-on, strategic finance leadership position, where you’ll oversee:
- Financial reporting
- Payroll operations
- Weekly settlement cycle (across agent, theatre, and box office networks)
Key requirements: Deep knowledge of theatre and entertainment finance processes, strong analytical skills, and a proactive attitude toward financial controls.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Experience: Advantageous—but not essential—in crop ticketing, entertainment, or media finance
- Skills:
- IFRS / UK GAAP accounting expertise
- Analytical mindset with a focus on financial controls
- Ability to thrive in a budget-conscious SME operating environment
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, hands-on approach
- Personality: Enjoys fast-paced, challenge-driven work
