Palatine Talent are excited to be working with a rapidly expanding organisation based in the Worcestershire area. This fantastic company is looking for a Finance Manager (New position due to growth) to progress and develop in a hands-on dynamic finance function and continue to help move the company forward.
This role comes with a negotiable benefits package including Salary of circa £60k+, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, Company Pension Scheme, Progression and Development.
Responsibilities Include:-
- Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts & Board Reporting packs
- Finance Business Partnering with Operations teams to help improve profitability
- Challenge operational assumptions & provide Commercial Insights
- Costings & Variance Analysis
- Manage Annual Budget process
- Prepare Rolling Forecasts
- Lead Internal and External audits
- Other Ad-hoc duties required in a hands-on Finance team
