About the role

This is an important role at an exciting time for the business, as Loyalty & Personalisation embarks on a significant transformation programme, underpinned by substantial investment, new capabilities, and evolving ways of working. As a strategic finance partner, you will play a leading role in shaping and supporting this transformation, providing financial leadership, commercial insight, and robust decision support across a portfolio of change initiatives. Working closely with Marketing, Loyalty, Data Science, Insights, and wider Commercial teams, you will help ensure investment decisions deliver customer value, commercial growth, and strong financial returns.

This role offers exceptional exposure to senior leadership and a broad range of stakeholders across the business. You will be at the forefront of driving change, influencing key strategic decisions, and helping shape the future of our Loyalty & Personalisation proposition. • Challenge and support L&P performance, identifying risks and opportunities to drive value.
  • Evaluate business cases and profitability to support decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to non-finance colleagues.
  • Support associated revenue growth initiatives and related cost optimisation programmes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
