Interim Finance Manager - High Wycombe

Description
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities in line with company policies.
- Provide financial insights to support key business decisions.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls.
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
- Handle ad hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed.

Profile
A Successful Finance Manager Should Have
- A strong academic background in accounting, finance, or a related field (must be qualified)
- Experience in financial management within the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
