About the Role

Rinova is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to lead and develop accountancy management and the finance function across Rinova Ltd (UK) and Rinova Malaga S.L.

Working closely with the Chief Executive, Deputy CEO, and Directors, the Finance Manager will support the Board of Directors of Rinova by coordinating the production of financial information (out turns, forecasts, insights), ensuring that the organisation benefits from effective coordination across its financial operations. This role is implemented across a diverse portfolio of publicly funded, commercial, and international programmes. The successful candidate will play a central role in supporting organisational growth, ensuring robust financial management, and providing the financial insight needed to inform strategic decision-making.

A significant proportion of Rinova's work is funded through government departments, local authorities, and international funding programmes. Consequently, substantial experience of managing finance within publicly funded organisations or grant-funded programmes is essential. The successful candidate will understand funding compliance, open-book accounting, grant claims, audit requirements, and the financial management of multiple funding streams.

The Finance Manager will provide formal reports and accounting reports to the Board of Rinova, comprising the Chair and the CEO, who together comprise the Finance sub-committee for the whole Rinova group. On day-to-day matters, the Finance Manager will liaise with the CEO and the Deputy CEO of Rinova Ltd, and the Principal Development Manager of Rinova Malaga with regards to management accounts, budgeting, and the financial operations.

This is a senior role requiring someone who enjoys working collaboratively across teams, supporting operational colleagues, improving systems, and helping shape the future direction of the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
