Finance Manager | Hybrid | London

A genuinely exciting opportunity has come up to join one of the most recognised names in the music industry as Finance Manager.

This is a newly created role at a pivotal time for the business. With significant change happening at group level, there is real scope to make this role your own, take ownership of a busy finance function, and work alongside a brilliant team.


The Role

You will take full ownership of the day-to-day operational finance function, freeing up the current Finance Manager to transition into a more strategic advisory capacity. By working closely with senior stakeholders and leading a small team of Accounts Assistants, you will play a key part in ensuring the finance function runs smoothly during an exciting period of change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close
  • Debtors and creditors management
  • P&L and balance sheet reporting to senior leadership
  • Managing and developing a team of three Accounts Assistants
  • Supporting the business through a period of transition and documenting key processes

What They Are Looking For

  • Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent)
  • Minimum 7 years' finance experience within music, media, or entertainment
  • Proven team management experience
  • SAP knowledge essential
  • EMEA experience required
  • Exposure to M&A activity advantageous
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
