Your new company
A privately owned, London-based property investment and development business focused on commercial and residential assets in London. The company has a finance team of 5 and is looking for a newly qualified Accountant.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will sit within a team of 4. The role is a perfect first move from practice, with a mix of reporting and commercial responsibilities.
Duties:
- Management or reporting for a portfolio of assets as well as group functions
- Ownership of the statutory reporting process, including liaison with auditors
- Creation and delivery of budgets and forecasts
- Working closely with the commercial team, business partnering on cash flow and asset performance

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be qualified with understanding/exposure to the construction/property development sector, either having worked in it or with clients within it. You will ideally be looking for a 3-5 year role to move to industry and progress to FC level.
