Finance Manager

Equifind is partnering with a growing luxury hospitality business based in Central London looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team.

About the role

A hands-on Finance Manager to lead financial operations across their sites. You'll manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while working closely with senior leadership to support growth plans.

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
  • Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including payroll, AP/AR, and reconciliations
  • Provide financial analysis and commercial insight to support decision-making
  • Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and HMRC
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
  • Support cost control and margin improvement across sites
  • Line manage the finance team

Candidate requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience
  • Previous finance experience in hospitality, retail, or a multi-site business
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software
  • Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing business
