Finance Manager
Equifind is partnering with a growing luxury hospitality business based in Central London looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team.
About the role
A hands-on Finance Manager to lead financial operations across their sites. You'll manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while working closely with senior leadership to support growth plans.

- Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including payroll, AP/AR, and reconciliations
- Provide financial analysis and commercial insight to support decision-making
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and HMRC
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Support cost control and margin improvement across sites
- Line manage the finance team

Candidate requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience
- Previous finance experience in hospitality, retail, or a multi-site business
- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software
- Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing business
