Finance Manager – International Real Estate Investment House
Salary: £75,000pa + excellent benefits and bonus potential Location: Office, 5 days a week in Green Park
About the Role
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an Finance Manager to join a leading International real estate Investment House, operating a significant commercial real estate portfolio across the UK and Europe.
Reporting to senior finance leadership, the role involves:
- Financial management and reporting
- Multiple investment structures and property assets
- Broad exposure across:
- Fund reporting
- Investor reporting
- Financial analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting
- Strategic business partnering

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of monthly and quarterly management accounts
- Fund, corporate and investor reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions
- Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Financial analysis to support investment, refinancing and asset management decisions
- Oversight of external accountants, administrators & other service providers
- Review of financial controls, compliance & regulatory reporting
- Support for audits, acquisitions, disposals & strategic transactions
- Partnering with investment, asset management and senior leadership

Requirements
- Must possess:
- ACA qualification
- At least 2 years post-qualified experience
- Prior experience in real estate, private equity, funds or alternative investments (preferred)
