Finance Manager
This Finance Manager role will be the sole finance lead for the UK business, partnering closely with operational and commercial teams while reporting directly to the CFO in Europe. The position offers broad responsibility across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis, and process improvement within a business undergoing significant transformation and growth.

Description
- Act as the lead finance contact for the UK business, partnering with commercial and operational teams.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial performance analysis.
- Deliver commercial insight through pricing, margin analysis and profitability reporting.
- Support senior stakeholders with financial decision-making and business planning.
- Maintain oversight of month-end processes, controls, compliance and financial governance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and financial insight.
- Support the transition and development of finance processes, including reporting, payroll, AP and AR activities.
- Serve as the key link between the UK operation and the wider European group finance function.

Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent preferred) with broad finance experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting operational and sales teams.
- Comfortable operating autonomously and taking ownership in a standalone finance role.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to improve processes and drive change.
- ERP system experience (Oracle advantageous but not essential).
- Manufacturing experience beneficial but not required.
