Our client is growing fast and they are looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to help shape the next phase of their journey. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll lead the finance team, strengthen their financial governance and play a key role in driving strategic decision‑making
. What You’ll
Do Lead monthly and annual reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, compliance and strong internal contro ls.Oversee payroll, VAT, PAYE, Benefits in Kind and statutory requiremen ts.Deliver insightful financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting to support the S LT.Manage cash flow, working capital and financial performan ce.Coach and develop a small finance team, building capability and a high‑performance cultu re.Drive process improvements, automation and enhanced data integrity across finance operatio
