Finance Manager

Manchester | Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

An excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant looking to step into a broader leadership role within a growing business. Working closely with the CFO, you'll take ownership of financial control, month-end reporting, investor reporting and development finance, whilst mentoring and developing members of the finance team.

The Opportunity

  • Lead and develop members of the finance team
  • Own month-end financial control and reporting
  • Review management accounts and financial commentary
  • Take responsibility for investor reporting and development finance
  • Partner with operational teams and senior stakeholders
  • Play a visible role with genuine progression opportunities

About You

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA recently qualified
  • Strong management accounting and financial control experience
  • Previous experience mentoring or reviewing colleagues' work
  • Confident communicator with strong Excel skills
