Finance Manager
Manchester | Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
An excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant looking to step into a broader leadership role within a growing business. Working closely with the CFO, you'll take ownership of financial control, month-end reporting, investor reporting and development finance, whilst mentoring and developing members of the finance team.
The Opportunity
- Lead and develop members of the finance team
- Own month-end financial control and reporting
- Review management accounts and financial commentary
- Take responsibility for investor reporting and development finance
- Partner with operational teams and senior stakeholders
- Play a visible role with genuine progression opportunities

About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA recently qualified
- Strong management accounting and financial control experience
- Previous experience mentoring or reviewing colleagues' work
- Confident communicator with strong Excel skills
