In this pivotal role within our Finance team, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our financial processes are efficient and effective. You will report and lead a team dedicated to delivering excellence in financial reporting and analysis.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a timely and accurate month end close for Commercial & Marketing ensuring SOX control requirements are met.
- Line Management and professional development of one level 6 role.
- Managing and working with the extended offshore Record to Report team, including supporting the management of service delivery through regular governance sessions, providing ad hoc support and guidance.
- Collaborating with the other towers within Finance Digital Operations (PTP, OTC, Master Data and Finance Development) to ensure strong governance and swift issue resolution across end-to-end processes as well as continuous improvement.
- Working closely with the Business Partners & the Business to ensure that new revenue streams are accurately captured in the accounts and correctly forecasted for month end.
- Working with the Head of Finance to deliver the strategic finance transformation roadmap.
- Supporting the external auditors.

What You’ll Need To Have (our Must-haves)
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience as a L5 preferred with strong commercial awareness
- Ability to think strategically, review, and use analytical skills to understand and the bigger picture whilst having good attention to detail
- Will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally.
- Ability to hold stakeholders to account.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Highly analytical and technically competent, with experience in reporting and reviewing the quality and accuracy of data
- Will be proactive in your approach with the ability to identify issues and drive actions through to conclusion.
- High energy and resilience, with ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
- Be a team player
It would be great if you also have
- Prior commercial experience.
- Experience of Business Partnering and holding stakeholders to account.
