An institutionally backed residential developer is hiring a Finance Manager to sit across one of the most prominent prime London pipelines in the market.
The business is the UK platform of a major international investor, with billions deployed into landmark central London residential schemes. The pipeline includes large scale regeneration and prime new build developments that most people in the sector will recognise on sight. Finance sits at the centre of the platform, working directly with development, investment, and the senior leadership team.

You will own month end across the group and the SPV entities, and run the numbers on live schemes from acquisition through to final account. The role covers cashflow forecasting across the pipeline, shareholder reporting, drawdowns, and covenant tracking. You will produce board packs and investor updates for an international shareholder, and work closely with the development team on cost, appraisal variance, and sales performance.

Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Residential development background
- Knowledge of SPV accounting, JV structures, and JCT contracts
- Comfortable operating in an institutional environment with the reporting standards that come with it
- Exposure to large scale schemes or institutional capital is a strong plus
