Finance Manager

London (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)
Up to £65,000 + Benefits

I'm delighted to be partnering with an innovative, high-growth HealthTech business that's transforming the way people access and manage their health through technology.

Following continued growth, they're looking to hire a Finance Manager to join their collaborative finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a purpose-driven business where finance is a true commercial partner, working closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making as the company continues to scale.

If you're looking for your first move from practice or you're already working in a fast-paced commercial environment, this could be an excellent next step.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Finance, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting while supporting commercial initiatives across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
