Finance Manager | VC-Backed Technology | Digital Assets | £60,000 - £70,000 Remote

I'm partnering exclusively with a high-growth, VC-backed technology business operating within the digital assets sector. As the company continues to scale internationally, they're looking to appoint a high-calibre Finance Manager to help strengthen and evolve their global finance function.

This isn't a role where you'll simply inherit existing processes. You'll help design, build and scale the finance function, working directly alongside an experienced leadership team in a business that's at a defining stage of its growth journey. If you're ambitious, commercially minded and excited by the opportunity to make a tangible impact within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, this is a rare opportunity to accelerate your career.

The Role

Reporting into an impressive Finance leader, you'll take ownership of establishing scalable financial processes, systems and controls that will support the business through its next phase of international growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
