- 財務会計および管理会計の双方に強みをお持ちの方
- 英国会計基準に関する知識・実務経験をお持ちの方
- 本社向け連結決算・レポーティング経験をお持ちの方
- 数字を通じて事業運営の改善に踏み込める方
- 複雑な組織環境の中でファイナンシャルコントロールを推進できる方
- 課題や不適切な運用に対して、適切なリーダーシップを発揮できる方
