We’re looking for a Finance Manager to lead financial reporting across revenue and margin, delivering accurate insights, strengthening controls, and partnering with the business to drive informed, commercially focused decision-making.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into - you’ll have financial reporting responsibility across Revenue and Margin and business partnering to ensure accurate reporting and effective support across the base.
The Finance Manager will work closely with the Head of Finance/CFO and partner with the finance and purchase ledger functions, ensuring effective support and development of the team.

Salary: Up to £80,000 DoE
Location: Cheadle
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday - 08:30/09:00 - 17:00/17:30 (37.5 hours)
What You'll Be Doing
As a Finance Manager, you will:
- Manage month end reporting with review and submission of monthly reporting across revenue and margin, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Produce financial and operational analysis across key products and sales streams.
- Lead and develop the finance team ensuring quality in reporting and providing support to junior heads.
- Maintain integrity of the balance sheet and key control accounts.
- Drive continuous improvement across the finance function.
- Working closely with HoF/CFO to ensure key risks and opportunities are identified and monitored.
- Supporting post-merger projects, finance workflow reviews and change management.
- Support year end audit and completion of deliverables, ensuring that records are correct and complete. Act as a key contact for external auditors.

What We’re Looking For
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- Advanced MS Excel skills to a level enabling effective data analysis and knowledge of Microsoft Access and Data Warehouse functionality advantageous.
- Proficiency with current financial software (Sage).
- Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with both Finance and non-Finance colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail including awareness of contracts and legal documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines with an eye for accuracy and detail.
- A high energy level with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- At all times demonstrate confidentiality, conscientiousness, and trustworthiness.
