Finance Manager | East Lancashire (office based) | £45-50k | Permanent
The Busines sWe’re supporting a well-established manufacturing business in the East Lancashire area as they look to appoint a commercially minded Finance Manager due to retirement. This isn't a direct people-management role but you will work closely with the Accounts Assistants to supervise their work
. This isn’t just a desk-based role — you’ll be a key partner to operational teams, occasionally (once a month maximum) visiting additional sites to support month-end processes, improve reporting accuracy, and provide meaningful financial insigh

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of a manufacturing company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with financial regulations. This role involves the individual working as part of a team, providing strategic financial guidance to the senior management team, monitoring company performance, and supporting cost control initiatives to drive profitability and operational efficien
