Finance Officer - Income

Our Rents and Service Charge Team are looking for someone to job share with one of our existing employees! We are looking for someone who could work Monday – Wednesday
Are you customer focused, driven and always asking questions then this could be the role for you! Supporting the Rent and Service Charge team you will ensure that all income receipts are recorded and processed in accordance with our policies and procedures.
With a keen eye for detail, you will be responsible for setting up new tenancies with correct rent charge.
When you aren’t posting to rent accounts, you will be speaking to staff as the first point of contact for the Association for rent transactions queries. If you think you’ve got most of what we are looking for, but not everything, we’d still love to hear from you.
The closing date for applications is 9am on 24th March
You’ll need to submit a CV and supporting statement (max 2 A4 sides/ min font 11 for each) telling us about you and why you're right for the job.
