We are seeking a motivated and professional Finance Officer – Sales Ledger to join our Finance and Business Intelligence team.
Reporting to the Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services aligned with NOCN’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales ledger, including raising invoices, credit notes and statements.
- Allocate customer payments and maintain accurate customer accounts.
- Support credit control and assist with debt management.
- Complete monthly reconciliations and sales ledger close.
- Maintain customer records and sales ledger reports.
- Respond to finance queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support audits and work collaboratively across the finance team.

About You
We're looking for a proactive and organised finance professional with experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role. You'll have excellent attention to detail, strong communication and customer service skills, and be confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with Sage and an AAT qualification (or working towards one) would be an advantage.
