What we're looking for
We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Finance Operations Associate to join our Finance team and support the smooth running of key financial processes across the Society.
What you'll do:
- Complete bank and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Process supplier and Treasury payments accurately and on time
- Support month-end activities, journals, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain finance records and systems
- Assist with audits, regulatory reporting, and tax returns
- Help improve Finance Operations processes and controls
What you'll bring:
- Experience in finance operations, accounts, or transactional finance
- Knowledge of reconciliations, financial controls, and accounting principles
- Strong Excel and finance systems skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
