Alterna Search has partnered with an investment fund to appoint a Finance & Operations Associate.
With a distinctive mandate within the investment ecosystem, the firm has built significant momentum since inception, successfully raising capital, expanding its portfolio, and strengthening its market presence. As the business enters its next phase of growth, this newly created role offers the opportunity to gain financial and strategic exposure within a scaling investment platform.
Working closely alongside senior leadership, the Finance & Operations Associate will take ownership of the firm’s finance requirements, including fund financial management and investor reporting, data & analytics, portfolio monitoring, and investee company valuations.

We are seeking an exceptional, recently qualified accountant from a Big Four or leading mid-tier audit background. Candidates will possess strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, alongside a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. Experience in auditing funds or asset management would be advantageous, but is not essential.

- £60,000 base salary
