We're at an exciting stage of growth and are looking for our first Finance & Operations Manager to work closely with the Directors and help build the operational foundations of the business.
This is far more than a traditional finance role. We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a startup environment, takes ownership, solves problems, improves processes and is excited to grow with the business.
If you're someone who enjoys making a real impact and wants to help shape a growing company from an early stage, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As Finance & Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading both the finance function and the day-to-day business operations.
You'll play a key role in ensuring our financial processes are accurate and efficient while helping to deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to completed travel.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
