An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Operations Manager to join a leading international financial services organisation. This role is ideal for a qualified accountant with a strong background in insurance finance operations.
You'll lead multiple Finance Operations teams, overseeing Treasury, Accounts Payable, Cash Management and Credit Control, while driving operational excellence, process improvement and technology-led change. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering a modern Finance operating model through automation, data and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and mentor Finance Operations managers and their teams.
- Oversee Treasury, Accounts Payable, Cash Management and Credit Control functions.
- Drive process improvement, automation and operational efficiency across Finance.
- Support finance transformation programmes and implementation of new systems and technologies.
- Develop KPI reporting and performance dashboards.
- Strengthen financial controls, governance and audit readiness.
- Build strong relationships across Finance and wider business functions.

About You
- Qualified Accountant
- Proven Finance Operations leadership experience within the insurance sector.
- Strong background in finance transformation and continuous improvement.
- Experience leading teams through organisational change.
- Exposure to automation, workflow or AI-enabled finance solutions is advantageous.
