Rutherford Cross is delighted to be retained by Walker’s Shortbread to recruit a Finance Operations Manager to be based in Aberlour.

Role Overview
The Finance Operations Manager will play a key role within the finance function, owning the end-to-end delivery of core finance operations, ensuring reliable reporting, appropriate financial control and compliance, and progressively strengthening processes across the function. The role leads key operational areas (including accounts payable), supports the development of balance sheet integrity and month-end discipline, and acts as a central point of coordination between transactional finance and the wider business.

Work Arrangement
This role will be on site in Aberlour with a minimum of three days per week in the office. The company is also open to considering a relocation package.
