Process Driven Administrator

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Process driven administrator to join our Finance Transformation team. This is not a traditional finance role. Instead, you'll play a key part in supporting the administration, coordination and governance of finance processes across the Group.

You'll be responsible for maintaining finance frameworks, coordinating period-end activities, managing controlled documentation and ensuring governance standards are consistently applied. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with processes, systems, documentation and coordination, and takes pride in accuracy, organisation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Group period-end timetable and communicate key deadlines.
  • Monitor progress throughout the period-end cycle and follow up on outstanding activities.
  • Complete central governance controls, including reconciliations, integrity reporting and control checks.
  • Open and close financial ledgers in line with approved schedules and authorised requests.
  • Create and maintain approved finance structures within the finance system (JDE), including Business Units, Object Accounts and Cost Objects.
  • Maintain the Group Finance Framework, ensuring structures remain accurate, consistent and well governed.
  • Maintain the Finance Transformation Process Index and Reference Guide.
  • Produce and update process documentation, governance notes, reference guides and controlled documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
