The role

We're looking for Finance Subject Matter Experts to join our Expert Network to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models using professional financial insight. If you have a background in finance, we'll send you a quick 10- to 15-minute test to assess your skills and suitability for AI tasks. If successful, you'll be invited to join Prolific as a participant, where you'll get paid to train and evaluate powerful AI models.

Researchers looking for your skills tend to pay up to $80+ per hour, depending on skills and experience level. You must be prepared to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work, though many are shorter.

What you'll bring

Financial Background: you have a degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, or relevant experience as an analyst, accountant, or financial advisor. Numerical Literacy: The ability to interpret financial statements, data sets, and market reports with high precision. Critical Analysis: a "financial mind" capable of spotting trends, identifying discrepancies, and providing logical, data-backed reasoning. Reliability: the ability to work independently on ad hoc, remote assignments that fit around your existing professional commitments. A PayPal account to receive payment from our clients

What you'll be doing in the role

Financial Document Evaluation: reviewing and interpreting various financial reports, B2B data, or regulatory filings to verify information accuracy. AI Model Guidance: responding to specific prompts based on financial data to help AI models understand technical terminology and complex fiscal concepts. Data Validation: ensuring that the outputs generated by AI systems align with professional financial standards and logical economic frameworks. Expert Feedback: providing nuanced insights to help bridge the gap between human financial expertise and machine learning algorithms.
