Are you a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic business decisions?
We're partnering with a global organisation operating within the healthcare logistics sector to recruit an experienced Project Finance Manager to join its high-performing Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting major strategic projects, investment programmes and transformation initiatives across an international business that delivers critical healthcare supply chain solutions.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the Head of FP&A, you'll be a key finance business partner, providing financial insight, financial modelling and strategic analysis to support high-value projects and investment decisions. You'll work closely with operational leaders, commercial teams and senior management, ensuring robust financial planning and delivering meaningful analysis that drives business performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining financial modelling, business partnering and strategic decision support within a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with project and operational leaders to provide financial support for strategic initiatives and transformation programmes.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, business cases and commercial decisions.
- Analyse project costs, financial performance, risks and expected returns, providing clear recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning for strategic projects.
- Produce insightful management reports, dashboards and financial commentary to support executive decision-making.
- Challenge financial assumptions and provide commercial insight on tenders, investment proposals and business improvement initiatives.
- Monitor project governance, funding utilisation and benefits realisation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Financial Control and Management Accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and project accounting.
- Drive continuous improvement across FP&A reporting, planning processes and financial systems.

About You:
We're looking for someone who can combine strong technical finance skills with excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management.
You'll ideally bring:

- A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Experience within FP&A, project finance, commercial finance or strategic finance.
- Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills.
- Strong analytical ability with experience building business cases and evaluating investments.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with planning and reporting systems would be advantageous.
