About the Role
Bullpen Talent is supporting a fast-growing, venture-backed AI software company headquartered in San Francisco. The company is scaling quickly and hiring finance professionals globally across investment banking, private equity, FP&A, corporate finance, credit, debt, quant, and financial modeling.
We are hiring a part-time Finance Recruiting Operations Specialist to help manage the candidate funnel, conduct candidate calls, coordinate interviews, and keep the hiring process moving across multiple international time zones.
This role is ideal for someone with both finance recruiting experience and strong candidate-management skills.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct candidate screening calls for finance and financial modeling roles.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews across India, South Asia, Latin America, Europe, and the U.S.
- Keep candidates engaged and informed.
- Track candidate status, notes, next steps, and follow-ups in the ATS.
- Help manage take-home exercise logistics and interview scheduling.
- Work closely with the U.S.-based client team to keep the recruiting process organized.
- Help improve recruiting operations, process flow, and candidate experience.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting finance professionals.
- Strong understanding of finance roles, including investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, FP&A, credit, debt, quant, and valuation.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Very strong communication skills and professional presence.
- Highly reliable and organized.
- Able to manage a high-volume candidate pipeline.
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones.
- Experience with an ATS or recruiting CRM.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.

Location / Time Zone
- Remote.
- UK or Europe strongly preferred.
- Must be able to handle candidate calls across both India/South Asia and Latin America.
- Must also have some overlap with the U.S.-based client team.
- This role requires time zone flexibility and strong reliability.
Position Details
- Part-time.
- Approximately 20–25 hours per week.
- Contractor role.
- Remote.
