Finance Responsible - UK

In the context of Renvolt’s establishment as a standalone entity, the Finance Responsible UK leads the local Finance function for the United Kingdom. This role requires a tactical, hands-on approach, acting as an active decision maker within the UK management team and providing commercial direction to optimise performance. The role covers statutory accounting, tax compliance, monthly close, audit coordination, P2P operations management, and group reporting via OneStream. Manages a team of 1 FTE (accountants) and acts as the primary finance contact for local operations.

YOUR MISSIONS Accounting, Close & Statutory Reporting Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual close process for all UK entities. Maintain company accounting procedures and create the path to implement IFRS as local norm. Ensure accurate statutory accounting in UK GAAP (FRS 102) and Companies House requirements and IFRS compliance. Prepare and submit group reporting packages via OneStream, ensuring data quality, ICP reconciliation and IFRS adjustments (IFRS 15, IFRS 16). Coordinate external audit preparation and ensure timely delivery of audited statutory financial statements. Tax Compliance, Internal Controls & P2P Management Ensure local tax compliance: CIT, VAT, WHT declarations for UK entities. Coordinate transfer pricing documentation with Group Tax Manager. Implement and maintain internal controls: segregation of duties, P2P controls, O2C controls, R2R controls. Coordinate with P2P team: supplier invoice processing, payment runs, AP aging, vendor master data. Manage bank relationships and corporate registration matters for the UK. Team Management & Business Partnering Build, lead and develop the local Finance team (1) in the context of the carve-out transition from Voltalia to a standalone Renvolt Finance organization. Act as finance business partner for Regional Managers EPC & O&M Coordinate with EPC/O&M Controllers on project financial data consistency. Manage analytical accounting and reporting for EPC projects and O&M contracts. Define and monitor cash forecasts in coordination with BL local managers and Group Treasury. Drive process improvement and ERP optimization (IFS). Provide support to Reporting Coordinator for consolidated data collection.

REQUIREMENTS Degree Level: Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics At least 15 years of experience in Accounting & Corporate Finance and Finance Country Management Knowledge Area: Experience in Accounting, Tax compliance and Finance operations management Must have in-depth knowledge in advanced function for Excel, Power Point, Word, Power Query/database, Power BI and automated dashboards. Must have in-depth knowledge of ERP finance applications, local tax systems (PT: SNC, AT Portal / IE: ROS). Must have in-depth knowledge of consolidation and reporting tools (OneStream). Working knowledge of IFS ERP and Microsoft F&O is a strong advantage.
