We're partnering with an exciting, growing international organisation to recruit a Group Finance Shared Services Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a multi-site transactional finance function across the UK and Europe, while playing a key role in improving processes, driving automation, and supporting business growth.
The Role
Reporting to the VP of Finance, you'll oversee the day-to-day management of the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. This includes:
- Leading a team of 4 direct reports and managing around 15 indirect reports.
- Ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant finance operations.
- Championing continuous improvement across people, processes, and systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the AP & AR teams across multiple European entities.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of:
- Invoices
- Payments
- Billing
- Collections
- Drive improvements in:
- Finance processes
- Controls
- Automation
- Oversee:
- Month-end transactional activities
- Reconciliations
- Financial controls
- Support:
- Finance transformation projects
- Systems enhancements
- Regulatory change initiatives
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coach and develop your team, fostering a culture of:
- Accountability
- Continuous improvement

Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership experience within a Shared Services or Transactional Finance environment.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Experience driving:
- Process improvement
- Finance transformation initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive, analytical, and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA (or equivalent).
