About the Role
The Finance team shapes Revolut’s success with clarity and confidence—whether through accounting, strategic advisory, risk assessment, or guiding decisions for growth. They’re front and centre as Revolut scales.
We seek a Corporate Development Finance & Strategy Manager to lead our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and investment agenda. You’ll:
- Develop strategic theses and identify opportunities
- Originate, negotiate, and execute transactions
- Drive our M&A and investment strategy
- Build relationships with external partners
- Align deals with Revolut’s strategic priorities

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Deal Sourcing
- Build M&A and investment theses rooted in commercial logic
- Identify and evaluate organic/inorganic growth opportunities

Transaction Execution
- Negotiate terms and execute deals from start to close
- Manage due diligence, structuring, and post-merger integration

Relationship Management
- Champion Revolut’s deal flow with external advisors, investors, and potential partners
- Represent Finance externally in strategic discussions

Internal Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Legal, and Business Development teams
- Drive alignment between deals and long-term business strategy
Requirements
Essential
- Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, investments, Private Equity (PE), or Venture Capital (VC/growth funds)
- Private banking or investment banking experience at a top-tier firm
- Outstanding deal negotiation and transaction execution capabilities
- Ability to:
- Analyse opportunities
- Propose actionable business cases
- Drive data-driven decision-making
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial acumen and persuasive communication for C-level engagement
