The Finance Supervisor will assist in finance and accounting tasks across all departments at our Regents Park property. They will ensure:
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
- Uniform and professional personal appearance
- Confidentiality of proprietary information
- Protection of company assets
Roles & Responsibilities
You will support key financial operations, including:
- Accuracy & Reporting
- Verify figures, postings, and documents for correctness, mathematical accuracy, and proper coding
- Complete period-end close procedures and generate required reports
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute financial/statistical reports, including auditing and payroll

Data Management & Record Keeping
- Classify, record, and summarise financial data in journals, ledgers, or computers
- Code documents according to company policies
- Organise and secure all records following document retention and confidentiality protocols

Analytical & Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data
- Retrieve and analyse computerized financial data to respond to queries
- Generate tailored finance/accounting reports from the computer system as needed
Critical Competencies
To excel in this role, you must demonstrate strengths in:
- Computer Skills (proficient in Microsoft Office)
- Accounting Knowledge (fundamental technical expertise)
- Problem Solving (ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently)
- Arithmetic Computation (precision in financial calculations)
- Decision-Making (sound judgment under pressure)
