The Finance Supervisor role will support finance and accounting functions across our Regents Park property. Responsibilities include adhering to company policies, maintaining confidentiality, upholding professional standards, and safeguarding company assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconciliation & Accuracy: Check financial figures, postings, and documents for correct entries, mathematical accuracy, and proper coding.
- Regular Reporting: Complete period-end closing procedures, prepare reports, and generate statistical/financial documents as required.
- Data Management: Record, classify, and summarise numerical and financial data in journals, ledgers, spreadsheets, and proprietary software.
- Compliance & Security: Organise and maintain all files/records following document retention and confidentiality policies. Code documents per company policies and procedure standards.

- Financial Integration: Access and analyse computerised financial systems to resolve queries on specific and general accounts. Produce finance/accounting reports via departmental software as necessary.
- Collaboration: Liaise with all hotel teams to ensure smooth financial processes across operations.
