I'm currently looking to speak with experienced Finance Systems Integration Managers (Junior through to Senior level).
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with proven experience delivering system integrations involving SAP Business One. Working at the intersection of finance, technology and business transformation, you'll play a key role in designing, delivering and governing integrations across a complex finance systems landscape.
Reporting into the Finance Systems leadership team, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, developers, project managers and third-party vendors to ensure robust, scalable and supportable integration solutions are delivered.
The Role
You will be responsible for the functional ownership of integrations across the finance systems landscape, ensuring solutions are scalable, supportable and aligned to business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the functional design and delivery of integrations between SAP Business One and connected business systems.
- Lead discovery workshops, impact assessments and solution design activities for new integrations and enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, process flows, test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate delivery across internal developers, implementation partners and third-party vendors.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release planning and post-go-live support.
- Act as the subject matter expert for finance systems integrations and associated business processes.
- Drive best practice around documentation, governance, supportability and knowledge transfer.
- Provide escalation support for complex integration issues, identifying root causes and implementing permanent solutions.
- Support project planning, prioritisation and roadmap discussions where integration changes are required.
- Ensure all integration changes meet audit, governance, change control and compliance requirements.
- Lead and develop a team of Finance Systems Developers and technical specialists, ensuring high standards of delivery and collaboration.

Essential Experience
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience delivering and supporting system integrations involving SAP Business One.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Business One, including its integration capabilities and finance processes.
- Experience working with SAP Business One Service Layer, DI API, B1if, APIs or other integration frameworks.
- Strong experience working within finance systems, ERP or systems accounting environments.
- Experience integrating ERP systems with finance, procurement, reporting, payment or operational platforms.
- Strong understanding of core finance processes including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, payments, journals, tax and reporting.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Ability to manage and coordinate developers, vendors and technical partners without being a hands-on developer.
- Experience supporting testing, release management and change delivery activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience troubleshooting integration issues and leading root cause analysis activities.
- Experience working within a multi-site or global business environment.

Desirable Experience
- Experience integrating SAP Business One with data warehouses, reporting platforms and business intelligence solutions.
- Experience with API integration platforms and middleware technologies.
- Experience with finance automation, payment platforms and tax solutions.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, audit requirements and governance.
- Previous experience managing or mentoring small technical teams.
- Systems accounting, finance qualifications or a finance-related background.
- Experience working with outsourced, offshore or third-party delivery partners.
What We're Looking For
You will be someone who can confidently engage with Finance, IT and external partners, translating business needs into effective integration solutions. You'll possess strong analytical skills, a structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to lead delivery across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
This role would suit an experienced Finance Systems Manager, ERP Integration Manager, Systems Accountant, Finance Technology Manager or Business Systems professional with deep SAP Business One integration experience.
