Finance Business Systems Analyst
Location: London or York Type: Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract Start: Immediate or short notice preferred Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 (DOE)

About the Role
We're looking for a Finance Business Systems Analyst with strong Oracle Cloud EPM experience to drive system improvements, support critical finance processes, and act as the bridge between Finance and IT.
Key Responsibilities
You'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing core finance systems, with a focus on Oracle Cloud EPM tools:
- Support planning processes, including:
- Forecasting
- Budgeting
- Long-range planning
- Support group consolidation activities and month-end close processes
- Manage finance system processes, including:
- Reconciliations
- Master data
- Change requests
- Monitor and improve system performance, hierarchies, and user experience
- Own and manage tickets, enhancements, and system changes
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions
- Support updates, testing, and documentation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop reporting using Smart View and support users
- Deliver high-quality system changes aligned with the finance roadmap
- Act as the critical link between business needs and technical delivery

Requirements & Skills
- Essential:
- Strong experience with Oracle Cloud EPM solutions
- Highly desirable:
- Experience across planning, consolidation, reconciliation, or related modules
- Previous experience working within or closely with a Finance function
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
- Technical & Analytical:
- Experience using Power BI for analysis and reporting across large datasets
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
