Finance Systems Manager Full time 5 days a week in central London office £70,000pa
A leading global organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Systems Manager to support and enhance their core finance technology landscape. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong finance systems expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills, and who enjoys driving continuous improvement across complex, global environments.
As the Finance Systems Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s financial systems, improving core processes, managing system performance, and overseeing the finance systems support desk. You will partner closely with finance, IT, and operational teams to ensure systems are reliable, well‑controlled, and aligned with business needs.
Role Responsibilities
Analyse finance processes and translate them into effective system solutions. Identify and deliver system enhancements that improve accuracy, controls, and efficiency. Lead the finance systems support desk, resolving issues and managing incidents. Train end‑users and produce clear documentation to support system adoption. Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable system improvements. Support upgrades, testing cycles, and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Essential - Experience working within the Real Estate or Data Centre industries. Essential - Hands‑on experience with Yardi or other Property Management Systems. Experience integrating third party applications such as SAP Concur, BlackLine, Board, Power BI, Fabric. Strong understanding of finance processes such as revenue management, budgeting, forecasting, and lease or asset management. Demonstrated ability to analyse system workflows and implement process improvements. Experience producing functional documentation, training materials, and supporting end users. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across finance, IT, and operational teams. Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate within a fast‑paced, global business environment.
