12-Month Fixed Term Contract
- Location: London (hybrid, 1-2 days per week in the office)
- Salary: £70,000–£80,000
We're partnering with an established organisation investing in the modernisation of its finance systems, seeking an experienced Finance Systems Product Owner to lead the delivery of a new finance platform.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at bringing together business priorities, technology, and people to drive meaningful change.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll act as the key decision-maker for the finance workstream throughout implementation, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the solution delivers real business improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define priorities for the finance workstream across the project lifecycle
- Engage with Finance teams to assess current challenges and future requirements
- Guide solution design, process improvements, and system configuration
- Support testing activities and ensure business readiness pre-go-live
- Champion the new platform organisation-wide, driving adoption
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Finance throughout delivery

About You
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Previous experience leading or owning Finance ERP implementations
- Deep knowledge of finance operations, accounting processes, and payroll
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central
- ** Outstanding stakeholder management** skills and ability to influence senior leaders
- Track record of delivering business change alongside technology projects
- Attention to reporting, data quality, and financial controls
- (Bonus) Previous roles as a Systems Accountant or Finance Transformation Lead
