Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

£28,000–£30,000 + Uncapped Commission

From your first week, you'll speak with candidates and clients, learn how businesses hire exceptional talent and develop the skills to become a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every stage of the recruitment process, including:

  • Identifying and approaching high-calibre candidates through headhunting, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
  • Building relationships with candidates and understanding their career goals
  • Developing relationships with businesses and advising them on their hiring needs
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to successful placement
  • Preparing candidates for interviews and supporting them throughout the process
  • Negotiating offers and helping clients secure the best talent
  • Building your own market, client base, and reputation as your experience grows
