Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant
£28,000–£30,000 + Uncapped Commission

From your first week, you'll speak with candidates and clients, learn how businesses hire exceptional talent and develop the skills to become a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every stage of the recruitment process, including:
- Identifying and approaching high-calibre candidates through headhunting, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Building relationships with candidates and understanding their career goals
- Developing relationships with businesses and advising them on their hiring needs
- Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to successful placement
- Preparing candidates for interviews and supporting them throughout the process
- Negotiating offers and helping clients secure the best talent
- Building your own market, client base, and reputation as your experience grows
