What You’ll Do
Your role will centre on making a direct, meaningful impact on our clients’ finance operations. You will lead and contribute to:
- Guiding clients on leveraging digital technologies and best practices to modernise their finance function and achieve strategic goals.
- Leading high-quality service delivery for clients, ensuring excellence in every engagement.
- Facilitating client workshops to understand how their finance processes operate day-to-day.
- Identifying practical improvement initiatives to align the finance function with strategic visions.
- Managing full-suites of Finance Transformation projects, including Business Development and transformation leadership.

What We’re Looking For
We seek innovative and experienced professionals to lead finance transformation projects, combining deep finance process expertise with a track record of delivering tangible value to businesses.
Core Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage finance transformation projects with a proven track record of success.
- Strong finance process design capabilities with measurable improvements.
- Real-world experience delivering value to organisational needs in previous roles.
- Enthusiasm for continuous growth, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
Ideal Candidate Profile
(Desirable)
- A qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AAT) or equivalent.
- Significant post-qualification experience (PQE) with a strong portfolio of consulting, professional services, or in-house finance experience.
- Experience leading large-scale finance transformation initiatives, including:
- Process redesign, ERP upgrades, automation implementations or operating model restructuring.
- Designing and implementing Finance Target Operating Models—such as organisational design, service delivery models, and governance frameworks.
- Deep expertise in finance processes, particularly Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
- Confidence in leading client engagements, facilitating workshops to define objectives, identifying issues, and developing solutions to address gaps.
