Finance Transformation Consultant - Pharma
Location
London - Hybrid Model - 2 days per week on-site - 3 days working home.
Salary
Dependent upon experience + Benefits
Key Responsibilities

Process & Technology Modernisation
- Lead the standardization, automation, and optimization of global finance processes, including record-to-report (R2R), procure-to-pay (P2P), and order-to-cash (O2C).

System Implementation
- Oversee the design, rollout, and enhancement of enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Workday, or Oracle.

Data & Analytics Integration
- Drive the integration of advanced analytics, AI-driven solutions, and dashboarding (e.g., Power BI) for automated forecasting, reporting, and performance management.

Change Management & Governance
- Facilitate current-state and future-state process mapping, define standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manage organizational change.

Compliance & Regulation
- Ensure that all transformed financial processes, controls, and data structures strictly comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and IT governance.
Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- ACA qualified
- 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, process consulting, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), ideally within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or heavily regulated industries.
- Demonstrated experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and financial planning tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional global teams.
